The Login / Specials Board displays daily specials for the server or clerk and allows the servers to print out specials as a reminder. The Login allows servers or clerks to login with a password or not for additional security. A magnetic card or RFID tag can also be used for login. The number field also defines the level of security within the software the clerks or servers have the ability to access. You also have the ability to add your logo to customize your screen.

 The Order Sales Screen displays items on the left side of the screen. The items can be displayed with tax included or not included and the total on the bottom. The right side of the screen are item buttons which can be customized to include different shapes, colors or pictures along with other options. The buttons on the side and the bottom are function keys and can be completely customized. All screens are completely soft which means each screen can be configured differently and have its own set of function keys.

 The Customer Display/Advertising allows your customers to see the items that are being purchased along with their total. If you look at this with security in mind, the clerk needs to ring up the order instead of just giving the customer a price and opening the drawer to give change. Your customers will spend less time checking their receipt which allows you to move your lines faster in a busy location. The Advertising portion of the displays allows you to add pictures (.JPG) to your screen that will rotate and will enlarge. Add menu pictures on slow moving items or items that customers are not familiar with. You can also advertise specials or services you provide and for a small fee sell ad space to other business in you area. Each terminal can have the same or different sets of photos.

 A Table Account is a floating account that can have items added to it and then be saved, recalled and have more items added to it over the duration of the Table being occupied. The Table account can then be finalized, or part paid or split depending on the circumstances of the table occupants and environment.

Each Table account is identified by a Table Number and Name that can be opened or recalled manually or from a Graphical Table Layout if desired.
 

 The Reservations module will display on the tables with a flashing time letting the host or server know that the table has been reservered. Features include: Group/Function - Join Tables/Paging/Email.

 Video Orders are sent to Kitchen service terminals for preparation which displays Eat in or Out – Delivery - Bump - Hold - Average time to make, time taken to make – Poor Service Alert.
